Oakland Woman Caught Driving Driving In School Parking Lot: Police
Jacquelin M. Tiffinger, 62, put the car into gear, and attempted to drive away, but police stopped her, police said.

OAKLAND, N.J. — A borough woman was charged with driving drunk after police caught her trying to leave a Wyckoff school parking lot Friday afternoon, police said.
Officer William Christopher was sent to the school shortly after 5 p.m. to check on the welfare of a driver in the parking lot, said Wyckoff Chief David Murphy.
Christopher put his vehicle behind the driver's vehicle; the driver started the engine, put the vehicle into gear, and started backing up, but Christopher stopped the driver, Murphy said.

A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Jacquelin M. Tiffinger, 62, of Oakland, police said. Tiffinger was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, and reckless driving, Murphy said.
Tiffinger was released to a family member and is scheduled to appear in Wyckoff Municipal Court, police said.
