Pet Supplies Plus 'Marks Territory' in Oakland

This March, Oakland pet parents will be lining up to celebrate the grand opening of Pet Supplies Plus, the nation’s most trusted network of community pet retailers for food, equipment, toys and more. Located at 350 Ramapo Valley Rd. in downtown Oakland’s Coppertree Mall, Pet Supplies Plus of Oakland will be hosting grand opening events scheduled for March 5-6.

To mark the new Pet Supplies Plus’s official entrance into the neighborhood, on Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6, store owners Brian and Susan Kresge invite families to a grand opening celebration that will include celebration sale prices, free nail trims, giveaways and fun for kids and pets. On Saturday, free scratch cards up to $50 values will be provided with purchase, and be sure to join them for the Pets & People Pizza Party from 11:30am to 2:30pm. On Sunday, the first 100 neighbors will be given a free small bag of dog or cat food.

The new Pet Supplies Plus location will offer area residents an easy to shop environment offering a broad range of food from premium items to basic grocery products and a wide variety of pet toys, equipment, fish and critters. Additionally, the new neighborhood pet store will carry an extensive variety of Made in the USA pet consumables such as wet and dry food, treats, rawhide, chews and more, all at great prices and with a price-match guarantee. The 7,554-square-foot store will also feature a self-service dog wash, and is offering a carry-out service to help neighbors carry heavy purchases.
