2 Vehicles Stolen, Several Burglarized In Ocean City: Police

All of the vehicles were left unlocked, police said.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Two vehicles were stolen and several more were burglarized in the past few days in Ocean City, police said. All the vehicles were left unlocked, according to police.

The incidents took place from Tuesday to Thursday. Affected locations included Walnut Road, Pine Road, Barbados Lane — known as the Riviera section of town — the area of 25th Street and west Avenue and West Inlet Road — Gardens area.

The stolen vehicles have since been recovered. Drivers left the keys inside both, police said.

Police are working to identify the suspects. Anyone with information, such as surveillance video, can contact Lieutenant Steve Sullivan of the Ocean City Detective Bureau at ssullivan@ocnj.us or at (609)399-9111. For emergencies or to report suspicious activity, call 911.
