OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City residents will take to the polls on May 10 to vote for mayor and City Council. Two are running for mayor and six are vying for City Council seats.

Running for mayor are:

  • Jay A. Gillian *Incumbent
  • Keith Hartzell

There are three at-large council seats up for election. The six running are as follows:

  • Tom Rotondi (Second Ward Councilman)
  • Karen Bergman (incumbent)
  • John 'Tony P' Polcini
  • Michael DeVlieger (former First Ward Councilman)
  • Pete Madden (incumbent)
  • Donna Moore

Polls will be open on May 10 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Here are the polling locations by ward:

  • 1-1: OC Yacht Club, Bay Road
  • 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 and 1-5: St. Frances Cabrini Church, 114 Atlantic Avenue
  • 2-1 and 2-5: 8th Street Recreation Center, 8th Street and Haven Avenue
  • 2-2, 2-3 and 2-4: Civic Center (parking entrance on 5th Street), 901 6th Street
  • 3-1 and 3-5: Ocean City Library Atrium (use front entrance on Simpson Avenue), 1735 Simpson Avenue
  • 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4: Ocean City Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue
  • All of 4th Ward: American Legion, Morvey Miley Post 524, 4556 West Avenue

Ocean City residents will return to the polls for the primary election on June 7 and general election on November 8 to vote in U.S. House of Representatives elections.
