SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, NJ — Jeff Van Drew has won reelection over Democratic challenger Tim Alexander, the Associated Press is projecting.

With 416 of 551 precincts reporting, Van Drew has defeated Alexander, who had hoped to flip the district back to blue as it was before Van Drew switched parties to Republican in 2019.

Van Drew is leading in all of the counties that the second district encompasses, according to the AP.

Also running are Michael Gallo (Libertarian Party) and Anthony Parisi Sanchez ("Not For Sale" party).
