3 Jersey Shore Beaches Are Some Of The Best In The Country: Report

JERSEY SHORE, NJ — Let's face it - we all know that New Jersey has great beaches. There's no question that a day at the beach is one of the best ways to pass a hot summer day. And New Jersey's beaches are all great for different reasons.

These reasons were compiled by USA Today, who selected different beach categories to find the best in the country. Three of our own made it into separate sections.

For "Best Beaches With a Boardwalk," the Atlantic City Boardwalk is top of the list, among others like the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Coney Island Boardwalk. There's no shortage of great boardwalks here (and honestly, several more Jersey Shore spots fit the bill too).

Another category is "Best Family Beaches," and Cape May makes this one. According to the report, these spots like Hilton Head, Laguna Beach and Honolulu have kid-friendly attractions and multigenerational appeal.

Of course, there's also a section for "Best Party Beaches," and you can probably guess which NJ beach fits here. Seaside Heights is the ideal spot for those who are looking to get wild.

Though the report only names these three Jersey Shore beaches, there are plenty more that could be named as the best.
