OCEAN CITY, NJ — Three Manco & Manco employees tested positive for the coronavirus in the past week, according to ownership. The pizzeria shut down boardwalk operations Tuesday so BioBlast Inc. could professionally sanitize each location.

Two of the employees were asymptomatic. All three are quarantining for 14 days.

The Cape May County Board of Health didn't require them to close, according to Manco & Manco. All employees who worked with the three staff members must get tested before returning to work.

"We plan on reopening our boardwalk operations Wednesday, July 15th and will continue to enforce several rules to ensure the safety and well-bing of our staff and customers," the business announced on its Facebook page.

Manco & Manco will continue conducting temperature checks on employees, which they've done since May. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.4 degrees will leave work until they have either quarantined for 14 days or received a negative test for COVID-19.
