WILDWOOD, NJ — Tips from the public have lead to the fourth arrest in connection with September's deadly pop-up car rally in Wildwood, officials said.

Joshua Bocchino, 19, from Long Branch, was arrested the day after Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Wildwood Police Chief Robert Regalbuto said they were seeking a man in a hoodie who assaulted a police officer.

Bocchino was charged with third-degree aggravated assault, third-degree resisting arrest and obstruction of justice, officials said. He was taken into custody at his home at West End Avenue on Oct. 13 and now sits in Cape May County Correctional Facility pending court proceedings, officials said.
