8 Ocean City Teachers Made $100K Or More In 2017

These teachers are among the highest paid in the state.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Eight teachers in the Ocean City Public School District are among the highest paid teachers in the state.

The state Department of Education released its annual list of teachers' salaries for 2017. The teachers who made the list all make significantly more than the average statewide salary of $70,637, which also includes librarians, guidance counselors, and other non-administrative staff, according to an NJ Spotlight analysis.

The following teachers from the Ocean City School District made the list:

  • Craig Mensinger, Ocean City High School, $113,260;
