9/11 'A Day To Remember' Ceremony In Ocean City

The remembrance ceremony will include music, prayer and reflection on the memory of the lives lost in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — A 9/11 remembrance ceremony will take place Wednesday evening in Ocean City. "A Day to Remember" will include music, prayer and reflections on the memory of lives lost and on the community spirit following the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

All are encouraged to attend at 6 p.m. at the Ocean City Tabernacle (550 Wesley Avenue).

Walter Perez from 6-ABC Action News will be the keynote speaker. Perez was a reporter in New York. He covered the collapse of the World Trade Center the next day, Sept. 12, according to 6-ABC.
