A Letter To A 'Grumpy Ocean City NJ Flower Hater'

I am wondering if this grumpy letter writing is getting out of hand here in Ocean City NJ. 

This woman planted a few sunflowers at the corner of her front porch for her son's enjoyment. The duplex neighbor now plans to "email the landlord for a possible solution" to her behavior.

Woman says he has since weed-whacked the tops off of the flowers...seriously???
