Artist Erika Matyok's Work on Display in Ocean City

Her newest paintings and photographs will be on display from Dec. 20-Jan. 3.

Ocean City, NJ -- Positively 4th Street Café will display new paintings and photographs from Philadelphia-based artist Erika Matyok from Dec. 20-Jan. 3. The cafe, located at 400 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean City, is opened from 6 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.

Matyok uses her artistic talent with imagination and style to turn everyday functional objects into works of art. Her murals can be found around the Philadelphia area and her home accessories have been featured on the Home and Garden Channel. Her new work is deeply inspired by her passion for surfing and love of the sea.

“I feel different every time I complete a work of art,” she says on her website. “Each piece holds a different meaning, process, or look. It’s a positive, and maybe personal, feeling that comes with completing a work of art. It’s a natural instinct for me to paint, draw and design.”
