Atlantic City Batman Free From Assault Charges, Report Says
Curtis Bordley was initially charged with assault after apparently pepper-spraying a man.
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — The man known as "AC Batman" has had his assault charges for pepper-spraying another man dropped, according to a report.
BreakingAC reported that the aggravated assault charge filed against NJ's own caped crusader Curtis Bordley had been dismissed.
Bordley was charged with third-degree aggravated assault, third-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and fourth-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose following a fight on the Boardwalk this past August.

Bordley said in an Instagram video with influencer atlanticcityrizz that he had fallen off his bike and a man cursed at him and spit in his mouth.
"I lost it," Bordley said. He explained that he "crashed out" and then pepper-sprayed the man. According to the charges, the man was temporarily blinded by the mace.

He also apologized for the pepper-spraying.
Bordley decided to take on the Batman persona in 2016 after moving to Atlantic City, according to a previous report from the Press of Atlantic City. He is often seen walking around the city and Boardwalk and is known for taking photos with tourists.
