Welcome to the Aug. 5 edition of the Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events in Ocean City.

Monday, Aug. 5
- Start the week off with yoga on the beach at 8 a.m. on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts.
- Enjoy The Beach Boys at Ocean City Music Pier at 6 p.m. Get tickets here.
- Family Nights return to the Boardwalk from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 8th Street and 12th Street. There are jugglers, music, characters and more.
Tuesday, Aug. 6

- Pamper Scamper, the annual baby crawling race for babies up to 15 months, is at 6th Street Beach. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. and the race begins at 9 a.m.
- Beach walks return at 59th St. & Central Ave. (entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park) every Tuesday at 9 a.m.
- It's Funtastic Tuesdays on Asbury Avenue from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with entertainment, face painters and balloon sculptors.
- Enjoy The Beach Boys at Ocean City Music Pier at 6 p.m. Get tickets here.
- It's Mummers Night on the Boardwalk, strutting down 6th Street to 14th Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- "Grease" kicks off tonight and runs through Aug. 15. Find more details here.
Wednesday, Aug. 7
- The farmers market returns to the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Start the day off with beach Pilates on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
- Wacky Wednesday is back with a Prince and Princess Party at Music Pier. Craft your own crown with Miss Ocean City, Junior Miss Ocean City and Little Miss Ocean City starting at 10:30 a.m. You must be present at start time to participate..
- The Planning Board meets at 6 p.m.
- Beach walks return at 59th St. & Central Ave. (entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park) every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 8

- The Ocean City Fishing Club invites all to their open house at 6 p.m. at 14th Street and Boardwalk.
- Ocean City Council meets at 6 p.m. No agenda has been posted as of Sunday evening.

Friday, Aug. 9
- Start the day off at 8 a.m. with a low-impact beach exercise on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
