Baby Ring-Tailed Lemur Born At Cape May County Zoo
If you're lucky, you might be able to spot the baby on warm days at the zoo.
CAPE MAY COUNTY, NJ —Cape May County Zoo has announced its latest precious addition - the birth of a baby ring-tailed lemur.
The baby was born to the zoo's lemur couple Felana and Darwin on March 13, they announced on their Facebook page. This is the lemur couple's first baby.
The baby will be clinging to its mom's chest for its first few weeks of life, nursing and napping, the zoo said. In the next few weeks, it'll move to its mom's back and then eventually begin exploring on its own.
