Ocean City’s Historic Hotels, by Fred and Susan Miller, features the 1925 Ocean City lifeguards standing in front of the Flanders Hotel. It’s a fitting cover for the just released book that includes a chapter titled, “Flanders Hotel and Lifeguards—Perfect Together.”
Fred Miller will be having a book signing and discussion of Ocean City’s Historic Hotels at the Ocean City Historical Museum’s first Summer Lecture Series program. It will be held Thursday, July 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the museum. The program is free and will be followed the OCHM’s 50th anniversary reception.
