Broadway Actors Return To Ocean City For Broadway On Boardwalk

Two former Ocean City Theatre Company actors recently made it to Broadway. Now they're bring some Broadway to Ocean City for "Broadway on the OC Boardwalk."

Broadway on the Ocean City Boardwalk takes place at 7:30 p.m. June 26. Actors Nicholas Edwards and Christian Thompson, who have starred on Broadway, will return to Ocean City for the event.

Edwards starred in OCTC's productions of "Swing" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." He currently appears in Broadway's hit musical "Frozen." Edwards was in National Tours and Regional Productions of Sister Act,” “Les Miserables” and “Jesus Christ Superstar.”

Thompson starred in OCTC's productions of “West Side Story,” “Smokey Joe’s Café” and “Peter Pan.” He made his recent Broadway debut in the new musical “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg – The Life and Times of the Temptations." Thompson also appeared in the 20th Anniversary National Tour of "Rent."
