Cape May County Bloods Gang Leader Pleads Guilty to Drug Distribution
Charles "Hot Blood" Daniels was among 14 arrested when local law enforcement dismantled the gang last year.

The accused leader of the Cape May County Bloods gang pleaded guilty to gang criminality and distribution of controlled dangersou substances (CDS), Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor announced on Wednesday.
Charles “Hot Blood” Daniels, 30, of Middle Township, pleaded guilty to second degree gang criminality and third degree distribution of CDS on Sept. 26.
Daniels was among 14 people arrested following a five-month, multi-jurisdictional investigation aimed at breaking up the Bloods criminal organization in Cape May County.

Law enforcement determined Daniels was the leader of the gang.
The negotiated plea agreement calls for Daniels to be sentenced to a total of 12 years in state prison with a six-year period of parole ineligibility.

Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 14.
