Cause Of Death Revealed For Former Mayor Found Dead On Beach
Jeff Radio's body was discovered in Strathmere on Tuesday.

A man whose body was discovered in Strathmere on Tuesday drowned, an autopsy revealed, nj.com reported.
Jeff Radio, 43, was a former mayor in Clayton and a longtime member of that town’s board of education. His body was found just before noon on Tuesday on Sumner Avenue in Strathmere.
“Jeff was a nice person, and everything he did, he did 110 percent,” current Clayton Mayor Tom Bianco told nj.com. “He grew up in the town, and he loved his community.”

An outpouring of support for Radio’s family on his personal Facebook page continued Thursday.
Friends described him as a “kind and humble” man who “cared deeply for others.” “Jeff was a wonderful man who truly loved the Clayton community and its children,” read one post on his page.

“Jeff was always supportive of my kids. We will miss him very much,” read another.
