Change of Location for Ocean City Memorial Day Service

The ceremony will be held inside due to inclement weather.

Ocean City, NJ -- Ocean City's Memorial Day Ceremony will be held inside due to inclement weather, city officials said Monday morning.

The event will now be held in the the Ocean City Tabernacle auditorium, between Fifth and Sixth streets on Wesley Avenue. It had been scheduled for Veterans Memorial Park. It begins at 11 a.m.

Chief Master Sgt. (ret.) and veterans liaison to U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo Michael Francis of the Air National Guard will be the guest speaker. He will talk about numerous assistance programs available to veterans.
