OCEAN CITY, NJ — Even more summer fun is in store for Ocean City this week as the island prepares for the 69th Annual Night in Venice on July 20.

Welcome to the July 15 edition of the Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events in Ocean City.

Monday, July 15

  • Start the week off with yoga on the beach at 8 a.m. on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts.
  • Family Nights return to the Boardwalk from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 8th Street and 12th Street. There are jugglers, music, characters and more.
  • The Moody Blues' John Lodge performs Days of Future Passed at Ocean City Music Pier at 7 p.m. Get tickets here.

Tuesday, July 16

  • Beach walks return at 59th St. & Central Ave. (entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park) every Tuesday at 9 a.m.
  • It's Funtastic Tuesdays on Asbury Avenue from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with entertainment, face painters and balloon sculptors.
  • Enjoy "Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus! The Musical" by The Greater Ocean City Theatre Company at 10:30 a.m. at Music Pier.
  • It's Mummers Night on the Boardwalk, strutting down 6th Street to 14th Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Wednesday, July 17

  • The farmers market returns to the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Start the day off with beach Pilates on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
  • Wacky Wednesday is back with taffy sculpting at Music Pier. Sculpt French fries into a masterpiece at 10:30 a.m. Contest is free and limited to the first 200 participants. Open to all ages.

  • It's Mummers Night on the Boardwalk, strutting down 6th Street to 14th Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Enjoy the Jersey Tenors perform at Music Pier at 7:30 p.m. Get tickets here.

Friday, July 19

  • Start the day off at 8 a.m. with a low-impact beach exercise on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
