Too Early? Christmas Decorations Start To Appear In Downtown Ocean City

If you love Christmastime, here's some good news. Decorations have started popping up around Ocean City.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — If you're the kind of person to only start getting in the Christmas spirit after Thanksgiving, you might want to look away. Ocean City has started putting up its Christmas decorations in the downtown area.

Photos shared on social media showed the beginning of the holiday season coming to Ocean City.

The official OCNJ Drone page shared a photo showing wreaths and garlands displayed at City Hall.

While some may say it is too early, others cannot wait to indulge in the Christmas season and all that it brings. And there's no doubt that beautiful Ocean City is only made even more beautiful with the holiday spirit.

Santa will even be coming soon, as this Saturday, the Chamber of Commerce is hosting their third annual "Winterfest By The Sea Holiday Shopping Extravaganza" in the Civic Center.

This event, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., features craft and food vendors all while Kris Kringle strolls around.

The weekend after is when horse and carriage rides return to Ocean City. And after Thanksgiving is when Christmas really kicks off.
