The Ariel sails from Bayview Marina at 312 Bay Ave., which advertises parasailing adventures on its website. A female employee who answered the phone Sunday morning said owner Bill Middleton was not at the marina and would not be available until Monday.
Attempts to reach Middleton for comment on Monday were not responded to.
