Election Day is Nov. 8. Here's what Ocean City voters need to know.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Election Day is Nov. 8, and Ocean City heads to the polls to elect their local and federal representatives.

Voters are able to vote by mail, early in-person and in-person on Election Day.

What And Who Are On The Ballot

  • U.S. House of Representatives - 2nd Congressional District: Republican incumbent Jeff Van Drew seeks another term. He is challenged by Democrat Tim Alexander. See key takeaways from their debate here. Also running are Michael Gallo (Libertarian Party) and Anthony Parisi Sanchez ("Not For Sale" party).
  • Cape May County Commissioners: Vote for two for a three-year term. Incumbent E. Marie Hayes and newcomer Andrew J. Bulakowski are running as Republicans. They are challenged by Democrat Julia L. Hankerson and Independent William Laffey IV.
  • Cape May County Surrogate: Vote one for a five-year term. Only Republican Dean Marcolongo is running.
  • Ocean City Board of Education: Vote for three three-year terms and one one-year unexpired term. For the three-year term, running are Kevin Barnes, Patrick Kane, Elizabeth M. Nicoletti, Catherine Panico, Charles Roche and Gregory Whelan. Seeking the unexpired term are Dale Braun, Ryan Keith Leonard and Robin Shaffer.
