A cooking enthusiast, Mike delights in sharing his love of food with his affection for Kentucky’s traditional flavors. He has been an avid thoroughbred horse lover since he was 10 years old and continues to attend The Kentucky Derby Festival annually. However, Mike is quick to point out that The Derby is more than just a popular event. It’s an annual tribute to a rich cultural heritage complete with distinct foods, bluegrass hills and Southern charm.
