The Ocean City Free Public Library will host New Jersey author Tom Belton on Saturday at noon. He will read from his book "Protecting New Jersey's Environment." The book explains how the public can get things done under difficult circumstances. The reading will be held in the Library's Lecture Room 110. Tom will sign copies of his book after the reading.
