Chocolatier Carol Rynex demonstrates how to create a chocolate bowl centerpiece filled with chocolate treats at Stainton’s Gallery of Shops in Ocean City on Sunday, August 12th at 1:00pm. The presentation will last approximately 30 minutes.
Originally a graphic designer from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Carol Rynex was the Creative Director of her own design studio from 1986 to 2001. After a battle with breast cancer, Rynex took a leap of faith in March of 2006 when she was given the opportunity to own a tiny boutique chocolate shop in Waterford Township, NJ where “Chocolate Pretzel Heaven” was born.
