The Hassan Abdullah Quintet/Sextet, along with host, Michael Pedicin, will discuss, present and feature an overview of the Blue Note Label’s music and artists during this important period in the history of jazz. The music of John Coltrane, Hank Mobley, Lee Morgan, and others will be introduced.
