Guarded Ocean City Beaches For Memorial Day Weekend

The Ocean City Beach Patrol will be guarding the following beaches for Memorial Day Weekend.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City Fire and Rescue Services has announced a list of guarded beaches for Memorial Day Weekend.

Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Beachgoers are urged to only swim at guarded beaches, the Ocean City Beach Patrol said.

The following beaches will be guarded starting May 28 and continuing through June 1:

  • St. Charles
  • Brighton
  • 8th Street
  • 9th Street
  • 10th Street
  • 11th Street
  • 12th Street
  • 26th Street
  • 34th Street
  • 58th Street

Additional beaches will be added throughout June until the beach patrol reaches full staffing.
