Homeland Security Seminar In Cape May County Set For Sept. 18
The seminar will take place at the Cape May Convention Center.

The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, and Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, Cape May County Office of Emergency Management and Cape May Police Department will host a Hometown Security Seminar on Sept. 18, 10 a.m. to noon at the Cape May Convention Center, located at 714 Beach Avenue, in Cape May.
During the seminar, officials will discuss the tools and resources that help strengthen the security and resilience of communities across New Jersey. Topics to be discussed include Suspicious Activity Reporting, Physical Protective Measures and Cyber security Resources for Small Businesses.
The seminar is designed to give the community, local businesses and community leaders the opportunity to meet and have open discussions with local, county, state and federal law enforcement and Homeland Security organizations about their hometown security concerns.
