Iraq a Civil War -- No hope at all

As a World War II veteran I am against our troops in any capacity returning to Iraq.

We have paid the price of death for thousands of our precious young men and women including tens of thousands of disabled troops needing a life time of medical care.                                                                    

These were members of our armed forces who will never be normal again no matter what is done for them. They are forever disabled and for what? A country 6,000 miles away who has given up on what our troops and coalition members created. They did it at the drop of a hat creating a Civil War.              

No matter how it is framed or cast by our war mongers – it is a Civil War and it is not our business. All we do as a nation is create more enemies. Not the way to go!

From a financial standpoint this war has cost our nation 6 trillion dollars – frightening isn’t it?

If our Government wants to do anything in Iraq, I suggest they use Drones to target all our military hardware that the defectors have taken. Since we used drones on US citizens without Due Process I see no reason why we cannot wipe out all our left behind military hardware. It would damage no one but hurt whatever cause they are promoting.

In the past couple of years we have had enough failures in attempting to rebuild nations – Egypt, Libya and Iraq. We gave up Libya and we got Benghazi. Not a good change.
