Since it opened in 2020, the 1950s themed diner has become a popular breakfast spot for vacationers and locals alike. They serve a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, from classics to unique offerings, like a bacon, egg and cheese served on a glazed donut.

Everything inside the restaurant is serviced and up-to-date, according to the property's listing. It's for sale for $995,000. You'll even get the neon decor. It also has an apartment above the restaurant with one bedroom, a full kitchen and bath, and includes a washer and dryer.
The building itself is one of Wildwood Crest's newest restaurants, according to the listing, having been built in 2010.

So why is such a popular and relatively new spot up for sale? Unfortunately, it's a sad story. The owner, Jason Kramer, told NJ.com that his four kids were sick, with one of them "very sick."
"I’m choosing family over business," Kramer told the outlet.
