Jitney Returns To Ocean City For The Season
Just in time for summer, the jitney is back to carry beachgoers to and from the Boardwalk.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City's jitney service returns for its second season on May 26.
For a $2 fare, beachgoers can get convenient transportation to the Boardwalk 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily throughout the summer.
It'll just be available for the holiday weekend at first, May 26 through May 29. After that, the service will take a break for a few weeks, and start up daily on June 23 through Sept. 4.

Download the "Jitney Surfer" app to track the location of approaching jitneys in real time. Future generations of the app will allow for the online purchase of tickets (but that service is currently available only to riders in Atlantic City - do not use that function for Ocean City ridership). An easier way to access "Jitney Surfer" and to provide comprehensive information for everything you need to know about enjoying Ocean City is through the Ocean City Vacation (OCNJ) app. Download Jitney Surfer on Apple.
