Lexie Sharp Hits Milestone; Ocean City Girls Lacrosse Team Wins

Ocean City, NJ -- Lexie Sharp hit a career milestone and the Ocean City High School girls lacrosse team bounced back from its only loss of the season on Monday, the Ocean City Gazette reports.

Sharp’s 100th goal was one of four she had in the game, a 17-1 win over Our Lady of Mercy Academy (OLMA). She now has 101 career goals, according to the report.

Megan Reeves had two goals and an assist in the win, according to nj.com. Issy Gilhooley also had two goals for Ocean City.

Ocean City improved to 10-1. The Red Raiders’ only defeat this year was a one-goal loss at the hands of Camden Catholic, 8-7, on Saturday, according to nj.com.
