Local Businesses Invited To Participate In Miss New Jersey Parade

The parade marches down the Ocean City Boardwalk on June 13.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The theme for this year’s Miss New Jersey Parade, set for Wednesday, June 13, is “Women In History.” The parade will march down the Ocean City Boardwalk beginning at 7 p.m.

Reigning Miss New Jersey and Miss America’s Second Runner-Up Kaitlyn Schoeffel will join the 28 contestants vying for this year’s title during the parade.

All high school bands, marching groups (cheerleaders, pep squads, dance groups, scout troops, etc.), entertainers (jugglers, clowns, stilt walkers, etc.), business and civic organizations with floats are encouraged to apply for participation in the parade. There is no entry fee.

Entry forms must be completed and returned by Friday, June 1, 2018. Entry forms are also available on the Miss New Jersey Website at www.missnewjersey.net. The forms are located under the “resource portal.”
