Lower Cape May Regional Wrestling Team Honored By CMC Board of Commissioners

The Lower Cape May Regional Wrestling Team won their first sectional title since 1982 this year and were honored by the Cape May County Board of County Commissioners this week for their championship. The team was present at the Commissioners Meeting on Tuesday and were presented an award for winning the South Jersey Group II title. Head Coach Billy Damiana and the team finished the season 22-6 and a high number of students will be returning to the team next year. The Commissioners wished the team luck in the future and hopes to see them back with another championship next season.
