Miss New Jersey To Appear At Ocean City Pops Concert Sunday Night

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Miss New Jersey Kaitlyn Schoeffel, who recently earned second runner-up in the Miss America Pageant, will greet fans before and during intermission of the season's final Ocean City Pops performance on Sunday night, Sept. 17, city officials announced on Thursday.

The Pops will perform with local musicians and singers from Ocean City High School and Ocean City Intermediate School in their season final at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Ocean City Music Pier.

Schoeffel, 24, of Egg Harbor Township, finished in the Top 3 of this year’s pageant, becoming only the third Miss New Jersey to do so in the pageant’s 97-year history.
