Missing South Jersey Man Spotted at Bus Terminal in Denver, Family Says

Carl Suit has been missing since March 31.

A Cape May County man who has been missing since March 31 was last seen in a Greyhound Bus terminal in Denver at midnight on Saturday, April 2 into Sunday, April 3, his wife posted on Facebook Tuesday afternoon.

Lauren Suit said 35-year-old Carl Suit still had facial hair, a blue jacket and a backpack. His image, previously provided by Lower Township Police, is attached to this post.

The end of the route for that bus is Las Vegas, and he would have arrived around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

“Carl may be in the Las Vegas area or could still be riding long bus routes,” Lauren Suit wrote.

She was the last person to see him in Cape May County, in the Villas section of Lower Township on March 31, Lower Township Police said last week.

At the time he disappeared, he was believed to be driving his company car, a 2013 Tan, Kia Soul, NJ license plates - RAP-59V, with a House of Print logo on both sides.

He may have abandoned that car. He also doesn’t have a cell phone with him.

On Monday, Lauren Suit wrote that her family is “devastated” by his disappearance.

“Carl is exhausted, stressed and may feel like he has failed his family. He may not want to be found or feel overwhelming embarrassed about coming home,” she said. “We want him to know that nothing could stop our love and support and we need him home safe. Leaving does not make our lives easier. There is no judgement or blame or anger from anyone. An entire community has been supportive and a network of friends have reached out.

His daughter is sad and misses her Daddy and his wife is devastated and misses her soul mate.”

She has asked people to contact him on social media, and use the hashtag #areyoucarl to help assist in the search. She has posted consistently about his disappearance on Facebook.

Anyone with information pertaining to his whereabouts is asked to contact the Lower Township Police Department Detective Division at 609-886-2711.
