OCEAN CITY, N.J. — Tourists aren't the only ones waiting for summer in Ocean City. But before we get there, there's a little bit of school left.

Here are some must-know dates for the rest of the school year in the Ocean City district, from spring break to testing to the last day.

  • April 19-26: Spring recess
  • April 29: School resumes
  • April 16-May 25: PARCC Window/Testing, Grades 3 through 11
  • May 17: Early dismissal for students/staff PM in-service
  • May 27: closed, Memorial Day
  • June 11 and 12: Early dismissal (high school), final exams
  • June 13, 14 and 17: Early dismissal (all schools), high school final exams
  • June 17: Early dismissal, last day of school for all students
  • June 17: High school graduation (tentative)
  • June 18: last day of school for staff
