Is Ocean City America's Happiest Seaside Town?

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City is one of “America's Happiest Seaside Towns." But is it the happiest. That’s the question Coastal Living is looking to answer with its online poll that opened on Tuesday. Voting takes place through 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6. And you can vote more than once; way more than once, as a new vote can be registered every 60 seconds.

Ocean City is facing off against the following contenders in the online contest:

• Anna Maria, Florida;
• Bellport, New York;
• Bluffton, South Carolina;
• Cambria, California;
• Cannon Beach, Oregon;
• Cape Charles, Virginia; and
• Hampton Beach/Hampton, New Hampshire.

Ocean City is looking to add to its victory in another Coastal Living contest. America’s Favorite Family Resort won Coastal Living’s inaugural Beach Madness Bracket, "The Best Beach in America 2016."

That was a single-elimination, NCAA basketball tournament style contest. This contest asks voters to consider all the contenders at once.
