Ocean City Board of Education Approves Teachers Contract
The contract has 2 percent increase for this school year, according to the Ocean City Gazette.

The Ocean City Board of Education approved a new teachers contract with increases that are below the averages in the state and the county, the Ocean City Gazette reports.
There will be a 2 percent increase for the current school year, and 2.1 percent increases for each of the next two school years, according to the report.
The agreement was ratified by the teachers union on Sept. 3 and approved by the Board of Education at its meeting Wednesday night, according to the report.
