Ocean City Board Of Realtors Donates $2,400 To Waves Of Caring

The money was raised during the Board of Realtors' annual plant and flower sale.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Ocean City Board of Realtors raised $2,400 for Waves of Caring with its recent plant and flower sale, the board announced this week.

Annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, vegetables and flats were all available at discounted prices on Saturday, June 17, at 405 22nd Street. The check was donated on July 28.

Waves of Caring collects donations all year long to support the “grandparent” toy drive, the scholarship fund and emergency family assistance. It also provides money to the Department of Recreation to support children’s camps and athletic programs. Anyone seeking assistance should call 609-525-9323 and ask for the Public Assistance Office.
