Ocean City Boardwalk To Host Eagles Parade

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City is inviting Philadelphia Eagles fans to the Boardwalk on Sunday, Sept. 6, for a midday parade ahead of the team’s 2026 season opener.

The event is scheduled for 12 p.m. and is open to fans of all ages who want to show support for the Eagles at the shore.

According to the announcement, the parade will travel on the Boardwalk from Fifth Street to 14th Street. Organizers said the lineup will include bicycles and golf carts decorated in support of the Eagles, turning the route into a moving show of team spirit in the resort town.

The event also is set to include an Eagles alum, SWOOP and the Eagles Cheerleaders, according to the announcement

Participation is free, and the announcement says there is no limit on how many people can join. Pre-registration is required, however, for anybody planning to take part. Organizers directed participants to ocnj.us/eaglesparade for sign-up information and additional details about the event.

The parade comes one week before the Eagles open the 2026 season on Sunday, Sept. 13. The announcement frames the event as a chance for Ocean City fans to show hometown-style support before the team begins its regular season.
