Ocean City Gardens Civic Association Schedules Upcoming Events

The Ocean City Gardens Civic Association Board members have been planning various activities, fund raising and community service events to support our local charitable organizations and student scholarships.

The 2018 lineup of activities begins with the OCGCA Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31, at 10:00 am. The OCGCA will gather with the Easter Bunny and Ocean City High School volunteers, under the leadership of Jesse Schmeizer, at the North Street playground for a fun-filled hunt for eggs and the filling of beautiful baskets. The OCHS students do a great job of organizing the event which is enjoyed by parents and little ones alike.

The schedule continues with our Beach Cleanup on Saturday, April 21, at 10:00 am at the Longport Bridge parking lot by the toll booth. The OCGCA provides trash bags and invites all to join us.

On Saturday, June 9, the OCGCA will again celebrate Flag Day and honor our OC veterans. We will gather at 11:00 am by the Longport Bridge toll booth where we will be joined by the VFW, American Legion, and various distinguished guests. We hold our annual Yard Sale on June 16, and a spectacular Bike Parade on July 4.
