Ocean City Hawks Looking for Football Players and Cheerleaders.

The Ocean City Hawks football and cheerleading squads are looking for boys and girls from kindergarten through eighth grade to participate. 

Practices are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Games are on Saturdays.

To register for cheerleading, girls must purchase a crop top, black bloomers and cheer shoes from Dance and Fitness Studio in Northfield. A shirt and a vest will be given upon registration. Football registration if $75 for the first family member, and $25 for the second with a $100 cap. Players are given all equipment, except for cleats and personal use items such as a mouth piece. Hawks football and cheerleading are a part of the Atlantic County Junior Football and Cheerleading Leagues. Games will be played against Atlantic County towns.

Registration deadlines are Wednesday, Sept. 14.
