Ocean City High School Football Team Drops Overtime Heartbreaker to Vineland

The Fighting Clan downed the Red Raiders, 13-7.

The Ocean City High School football team dropped a heartbreaker in overtime at Vineland, 13-7, Friday night, The Press of Atlantic City reports.

Dan Hendersons’ 1-yard touchdown run put Ocean City on the board first, in the first quarter.

Daivon Seymore tied the game in the second quarter with a 1-yard run. His 16-yard run in overtime set up Isaih Pacheco’s game-winning touchdown in overtime, also from a yard out. The Fighting Clan defense held off the Red Raiders to seal the win.

Ocean City fell to 0-2. Vineland improved to 2-0.
