Officials will provide updates on bayside dredging plans and island-wide mitigation plans.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Officials will hold public town-hall meetings Saturday on Ocean City's bayside dredging and island-wide flood mitigation plans. The dredging presentation begins at 9:30 a.m. before the 11 a.m. flood-mitigation update.
The event takes place at the Ocean City Tabernacle (550 Wesley Ave.).
Representatives of ACT Engineers, including company founder Carol Beske, will join city team members in making the presentations. ACT administrates Ocean City's bayside dredging program and is working on a Flood Mitigation and Drainage Master Plan, officials said in the meeting announcement.
