Ocean City Homes, Attractions Featured on HGTV

Ocean City has some new residents. The nation watched them find a vacation home on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Ocean City realtor Ellen McGonigle gave a Pennsylvania couple a taste of the city, showcasing several homes and attractions for a national audience.

McGonigle, a realtor with Long and Foster on E. 9th street, showed the couple three homes when the series filmed in June. They wanted a place for under $350,000.

First she took them near the Boardwalk at 1320 Ocean Ave., a home worth $300,000. Then the couple viewed a condo on 920 Ocean Ave. worth $339,900.

Lastly, they went to a quieter part of town on the corner of 21st Street and Asbury Avenue for a home worth $299,000. The couple chose the second home, finding a vacation spot for themselves and their two young children.
