Ocean City Nor'easters Host PDL National Semifinal Saturday
The men's soccer club hosts Calgary Foothills Football Club at 5 p.m.
Ocean City, NJ -- The Ocean City Nor’easters men’s soccer club is hosting a Premier Development League (PDL) national semifinal playoff game this weekend.
The Nor’eaters, who captured the Eastern Conference title with a 4-1 win over Reading United last weekend, host Western Conference champion Calgary Foothills Football Club on Saturday, 5 p.m. at the Tennessee Avenue Soccer Complex in Ocean City.
It is the second time Ocean City (9-5 in Mid-Atlantic Division play) has reached the national semifinals. Both teams are seeking their first PDL title.

Tickets are $12 for anyone age 12 and up and $8 for ages 4-11. They can be purchased online at oceancityfc.com/tickets.
The PDL features 67 teams nationwide, and provides a stepping stone for the top amateur soccer players in the country.
