Ocean City Nor'easters Men's Soccer Team Holding Open Tryouts In Pitman
It will be the soccer team's second tryout session of the preseason.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Ocean City Nor’easters men’s soccer team is holding its second preseason tryout at Total Turf Experience in Pitman, NJ on Saturday, April 15, 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
The defending Premier Development League (PDL) Eastern Conference champion is looking to build on its appearance in last year’s national semifinals appearance. It is looking for fresh talent to be a part of what it hopes to be a championship season in 2017 under new head coach John Thompson.
It is also looking to fill spots on the club’s Under-23 and Under-20 teams.
"We had a great showing at our last tryout in Ocean City and have been considering some of those players for our PDL, Under-23, and Under-20 teams," Nor'easters General Manager Giancarlo Granese Jr. said. "The goal of this final tryout is to put the finishing touches on our 2017 rosters and hopefully find some players that will have a large impact on the upcoming season and beyond. The season is right around the corner and we are very excited to get things rolling to defend our Eastern Conference championship."
